Maya Roberts is a creative operations leader with more than 20 years of experience building teams, systems, and studios that help ambitious ideas become exceptional work.
She has led creative operations, design, production, editing, motion, product, and brand programs for Wieden+Kennedy, Google, YouTube, Netflix, and other globally recognized brands. Maya understands what it takes to protect the creative idea while navigating the realities of timelines, budgets, staffing, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
She created Now Then Tomorrow to give agencies immediate access to the leadership, talent, and infrastructure they need to say yes to more, without compromising the work, the client relationship, or the economics.
